Do i Have STD???

I had protected  sex with a prostitute  (which I now feeling ashamed of) 6 months ago.i sucked her boobs and licked outer lips of her private part once.after that,i have painful and frequent urination,but I don't have discharge. i took test for hiv which came back negative.i didn't go for std checkup..after that i went to an urologist who told me to take the following test.
1)i took urine test which has 2-4 PUS cells , 1-2 epithelial cells , 3-4 RBCS and few yeast cells.
2)i took urine culture which shows no growth in organisms.
3)i took  ultrasonography which reported as "urinary bladder features in favour of cystitis.post voidal bladder shows 81 ml of residual urine.".
My doctor prescribed levoflaxcin 250 mg for twice a day for 10 days.i took that medicine for more than 20 days. but,still i am facing the same problems.still i am having frequent and painful urination and chills and pain in my abdomen .is it due to gonorrhea or chlamdyia ?Or is it due to cystitis.?.My mind is not at all peaceful by this.please help me.
