identifyin skin lesion

I have these small raised and smooth papules on my mid shaft (im assuming they are).. ( on my penis)
Im scared they might be genital warts but i dont think it is.. They have been there
for the past 4 months i havent had any discharge of any kind no burning sensation when urinating
nothing. So im just thinking if it might be an std.? or not.

Im just embarrased to go to a doctor or more like having to ask my guardian to take me for this reason.
.
Now that i look at them they look like open pores with a black dot in them.

Any possible answer on what this might be? any idea or opinions?
answers will be trully appreciated.

if there's a black dot in them that could very well be an ingrown hair.  but really as embarrassing as it may seem, you have to go to the doctor because if it is something more serious it will only get worse. HPV is not as big a deal as everyone says.  If for some reason you do in fact have warts, they can be taken care of and very often they do not return and your body clears the infection.

First questions: are you sexually active?  If so, when was the last time you had unprotected sex?
