Dull pain in urethra 24 hours after unprotected sex

Six weeks ago I had a sexual encounter with a woman that was protected but turned unprotected for the final 5 minutes or so.  The next evening I got what I thought was a regular 24-hour bug.  Fatigue, all over body aches, slight rash on chest then the next morning a dull ache started in my urethra.  Two days after that I had urgency to pee and pain in tip of penis.  I had minocycline so I started taking 100mg twice a day for 8 days.  It didn't seem to work so I stopped and three days later I intended to get tested for STDs.  Well the place I went to in Germany only did HIV testing so I took that.  While waiting a week for those results all my symptoms disappear and I thought everything was good.  The next day I got my HIV results and they scared the hell out of me.  The initial test was reactive but the follow on test was non-reactive.  I was told the follow on was more accurate but the test was taken only 17 days after possible exposure.  So I took another test at 25 days after.  Still waiting on those results.

Anyway the day after this all my symptoms came back again and have been bad ever since.  I've read about how powerful anxiety can be but damn!  I did finally find a place to test for chlymedia, ghonorrea, syphlis and HIV and will get those results next week.

It seams I can calm myself down at times and the symptoms improve but I keep worrying and reading the Internet and it gets me all scared again.

Is this all in my head? What's up with my initial HIV test?  Is that unusual?  I still have 5 more days until I get my results.

Also no discharge no burning while peeing but there is pressure in abdomen still the urgency to pee and pain in tip.  Does not hurt to masterbate.  If I'm standing or running it doesn't bother me.  Hurts worse when sitting and thinking about it.  I eventually get to sleep and when I wake up I feel pretty good but symptoms always come back during the day
