Erectile disfuntion change in stool

I was a very healthy sexual male until about a month ago, and began experiencing impotence and now just can't stay hard for long.  My stool has changed more reddish, and not as solid, i got an std test, and some more blood work done, nothing was found yet.  I'm tripping because i just met a new girl and she wants to have sex and i'm unable to, cialis didn't really work, i still lost my erection.  What is going on with me.  I'm not using drugs or alchol excessively, i get a good amount of exercise.  My penis and testacles feel kind of cold. I'm not depressed or anxious.  i had been taken a lot of supplements but cut these out to see if this was the problem, still nothing has changed and not even drugs like cialis help.  I'm worried could i have cancer, or an std, any insight would be so helpful,

A regular doc or a urologist can do a prostate exam.

Cured in a week?  I don't know.  It would depend on the problem causing it.  I hate to sound pessimistic, but I wouldn't count on it.   Right now, this could be caused by something serious, and you need to focus on finding out what it is, and not worry about when its going to be cured so you can have sex lol.

I'm sure if you told the new girl what's going on, she would be more than supportive.  I'd want to know if I was dating some guy I really liked.  I wouldn't be happy that he was more worried about sex with me, than his health, when we have all the time in the world to have sex, ya know?

Have they done a prostate exam?  Problems with the prostate can cause all of the symptoms you have mentioned.

Don't freak out about cancer, though - even a bacterial infection or inflammation in the prostate can cause these.
