Flu like symptoms

I had an encounter with an escort about 14 days ago.  She briefly performed oral sex on me, probably less than a minute and finished with a hand job.  About 5 days ago I noticed some discomfort in my urethra.  Not really pain when urinating but some frequent urgency.  The slight buring sensation somewhat comes and goes.  1 day after the burning sensation began, I started to feel a lot of lower abdominal discomfort mostly in my lower intestinal area, loss of appetite, so headache and general malise.  I have had absolutely no evidence of any type sore or lesions whatsoever not have I had any fever at all.  My question is:  Can I have these flu like syptoms from NGU and how worried should I be about herpes given that I have not had any sores at all?  Thanks all for any advice you can give.

Herpes questions post in the herpes forum please.

NGU has no relation or anyother STD to the above symptoms.
