Further testing?
About two months ago, I did something I never thought I would ever do. I was visiting a city for work and went to a club and a woman performed unprotected oral sex on me for about 10 sec before I stoped her. I promptly went back to my hotel and cleaned myself off. The very next day I experienced a drip and discomfort and a high frequency of urination. I flew home that night and in the morning I went to a urgent care. They gave me a shot in the butt, and a one gram dose of Arz something (2 pills) in case of Gon or clymdia. Took a urinalysis came back with WBC sent out for std tests, tests came back normal. No diagnosis given but probably ngu. Drip stops right away but painful urination continues. Went back 7 days later full blood draw ran for std's and amoxicillin given for UTI. After 5 days on amoxicillin I start to notice male penile thrush. I start treating with over the counter antifungal cream. It stops its progression but never improves. Meanwhile my UTI traveled to my prostate. I go back and now have RBC in my urine. Doctor gives me leviquin for 10 days but nothing for balantis. Leaquin works on the UTI/prostatis. Week later I go back for the male thrush, was given a cream that starts with a K 2% antifungal and hydrocortisone 2.5 told to apply twice a day. First I saw improvement and continued treatment for three weeks before reading about steroid usage on penis and stoped. Back to the docs who said stop all creams, I think the steroid was giving adverse affects, and was given predisone 40mg taper over 3 day cycles and diflucan 150mg every three days for 16 days. The pain from the balantis has been unbearable and caused me great distress. Finally after 13 days of no cream and just using the diflucan it's starting to heal. I'm not 100 percent but maybe 70. Currently I have little bumps of irritation on forskin and bottom of gland and a slight burn at the tip when I urinate, which might be from doing saltwater soaks and I rines with hydrogen peroxide before a deadly shower. I think the hydrogen peroxide caused the irrational at the tip because the burn started after the shower. Anyways should I do further testing given my tests after exposure came back negative for every std but only 7 days after exposure? I've only ever been with my wife and the same for her. Yes she is aware of what I did, and we have worked thru it and became stronger actually.
Just an update it took me about 5 months total to cure balantis. I'm totally symptom free now. I thought I had another prostate infection last week but turns out after a drastic diet change and losing 35 lbs resulted in an anal fissure that's since healed. Was a scary ride with my mind often jumping to conclusions about what was going on. I was certain at times I had HSV, chronic prostatis, and my sex life would be ruined.
This forum and the fact that I came clean to my wife has really helped me these dark few months. While I didn't get a response to this interacting and researching the forum and other areas really taught me a lot, and I know I'll never be in this situation again

Please excuse my typos, I'm currently 3 months after exposure of unprotected oral sex(I received) from a female stripper.
