Genital Molluscum Contagiosum

I have what appears to be Molluscum Contagiosum in my genital area.  Notice it yesterday in my pubic area.  I popped them thinking it was acne or ingrown hairs and each one produced a small white particle and bled pretty bad.  This concerned my so I got on line and it sounds like Genital Molluscum Contagiosum.  I have not had sex with any partners other than my wife but it conerns me that majority of what I am reading says it comes from unprotected sex.  I don't think my wife is having sex with anyone else and I haven't noticed any breakouts in her genital region.  How else could I have contracted this?

You need to see a Dr for proper diagnosis to start, because guessing at something is not what you want to do.
