Ghonorrea or something else?
Dear Doc, Dear All,
I would like to ask your opinion about my case. I feel really desperate after all I have been through I will try to tell you my story in bullet points:
1. I had performed unprotected oral sex on a men around 2 months ago, but no ejaculation happened, 3 days after this I got a really bad throat ache and visited the doctor, who gave me some antibiotics, she didn’t even ask about a possible sexual contact. My throat got well after.
2. 2 weeks after this I had unprotected oral sex with 2 men. 3 days after I started to have a sore throat, a yellowish tongue and pain while peeing. I was ashamed to go to the doctor at this time. After a week I started to have muscle pain and sometimes some white discharge from the penis, slight fever and sweating at night so I decided to go to the doctor.
3. After I explained my symptoms he gave me one dose of 1000 mg Azithromycin and 500 mg Ciprofloxacin for 7 days, as he assumed that I have Chlamydia and Gonorrhea but we didn’t take any test. 48 hours later the discharge and muscle pain disappeared, but my throat was still sore and my tongue white-yellow and my lymph node under my jaw got swollen as well and I felt discomfort on the head of my penis and testicles.
4. As I still experienced some syndromes I have decided to go back to the doctor, and we took the test for Chlamydia and Gonorrhea and he suggested taking the test for HIV as well, because he doesn’t understand my throat and the lymph node problem. I got really scared that time but took the test at the end for almost all STDs yesterday. I will have the results on Friday but I think I will go crazy till that time.
5. Now as I remember all the symptoms I had in the past 2 months (throat pain, fever, muscle pain, sweating, and lymph node etc.) I am starting to worry about HIV.
My questions would be:
1. How much is the possibility, that I could get HIV through unprotected oral sex without ejaculation to the mouth?
2. Can it be possible, that my throat is still suffering from Chlamydia and/or Gonorrhea after the Ciprofloxacin treatment?
3. Can all these symptoms be because Chlamydia and/or Gonorrhea or it can be something else?

Thank you a lot, yeah it can be, but in my mind the symptoms are already connected i guess, and hope i can get rid of them after the test results on friday. My troat and lymphs under my jaw dont want to get better and i have a strange feeling in one of my testicles it seems to be bigger than it was and its sensitive...
