Gonorreah

I had unprotected sex Nov. 26 and a week later started having swelling in my Bartholin gland on my left and uncomfortable irritation of my skin around my buttocks. On Dec 8th so 11 days post sex I was tested for everything. They gave me azithromycin one time dose for Chlamydia since the tests take so long. I wasn't getting better so December 18th they swabbed and gave me rocephin shot for Gonorreah since it seemed like that's what I had. They think 11 days was too soon to test for anything. The unprotected sex was not with my boyfriend so we have been staying away from each other. Well saturday (rocephin shot was thursday) I performed oral sex on my boyfriend. Can he get gonnorreah even tho I got antibiotic shot? If that is even what I have?

It can be anxiety related.

I find it odd that 11 days post sex everything came back negative but there was definitely something wrong! The azithromycin did nothing but the rocephin shot stopped my skin from feeling irritated, made the swollen bartholin gland go down, and I just feel a little better all around. The dr said there was a sore that decreased too a week after the azithromycin. She wants me to come in and get syphilis tested again in a couple weeks. My bartholin gland is still a little sore. This is all so odd. I felt pretty miserable "down there" so cannot believe I dont have an STD. Is this common?

Well if you gave the 1st person oral then you could have it orally but the shot would have cured it. 11 days was fine for testing but I doubt you have/had gonorrhea based on symptoms.

When I originally did my ur one test along with the swab and blood tests my urine had bacteria, white blood cells, epithelial cells. I guess when I retested urine on Thursday it was clear?
