Gonorrhea chlamydia

Hello dears! Four weeks after unprotected oral en protected vaginal sex with a csw, 2nd week after the exposure urethral discharge, painful peeing en testicular pain. Swab and urine test for gono en chlamydia came back negative last week! What else can this be? Discharge is cleared but lower abdominal pain en testicular pain still there! Today got ciprofloxacin perscribed for a week! Any info would be highly appreciated!!

Azithromycine n cipro helped other symptoms but testicular pain still there. Do u think doxycycline will help. Thank u all

Actually in the netherlands they only test for gono, chlamydia, syfilis,hsv,hep,genital warts en hiv! What should i ask the std center in order to get an ngu test?

Yes it can not be detected if they did a test to look specifically for gonorrhea and/or chlamydia. Prostate infection leads to discharge.

Can ngu not be detected if a swab  and urine test is done for gonnorhea and chlamydia? Are the symptoms of prostate infection the same as of a gono/chlamydia or NGU?
