Gonorrhea fear

Hey everyone, i had a sexual encounter with a sex worker around 3 mo ths ago in Phuket. I tested negative for HIV thank God. Im just worried because i recently tested for gonorrhea and chlymidia. I totally forgot about the other std's after testing negative for HIV because it was my great fear. Should i be really worried just because im testing after 3 months? I havent had any discharge what so ever. Ive just been experiencing an itch in the tip of my penis the past week thats all. Im really worried.

Okay so i got my results back and i was tested positive for Ureaplasma species. I was prescribed an antibiotic. My question is, is it transmitted through kissing?
