Burning

My penis has a constant burning feeling. All the std tests ive done have came back negative. There is reddish patches underneath the foreskin when its pulled back. But could it just be yeast? and also the middle part of it has small reddish bumps that looks like a rash. Am I over thinking it or is there really something there?

this could be fungal easily or balanitis. return to your provider for further evaluation or seek out a 2nd opinion.

Multiple std testing has proved it is not related to std.  BUT herpes nor trichomonas is not automatically tested for.  You may want to go and ask to be tested for those specifically.  Other than that, you should keep following up with your doctor on this.
