Recurrent STD

I'm 35 years old male I've been diagnosed with gonorrhea on last April after having colored discharges and some burning feeling at the tip of my penis while passing urine and I've been treated with Rocephine 1gm inj with doxycycline twice a day for a period of 5 days and I got cured,.. Couple of weeks after, I had the same symptoms back and I had the same treatment but for ten days then I made a urine routine and culture and it was negative and the doctor told me that I'm cured again. Yesterday morning I saw some white spots on my underware and a very mild feeling of discomfort and no discharges during the day and this morning I had the same thing!
I'm not sexually active and most likely I go oral sex and protected sex when it comes with penetration which is rare (about once per month)...

My questions are :
- what could be the reason of recurrent symptoms? Is it a serious thing? Complication?!
- Is there is any possibility that it is a prostate problem?
- is it related with steroids intake as I recently don't from a steroid cycle used for muscle growth?

Hi, some strains of gono are a bit difficult to clear up and it could be reoccuring or it could be a simple NSU from the antiboitics so all we can suggest is to have your doc check it. Its important for them to swab the discharge
Its not seriours.
