Sti Medication questions(Doxy)

I didnt realize there were so many things you have to do while taking it just had a few question

-Should I take it on a with food? I looked it up online some say yes some say no..I have been on it for 2 complete days now starting 3 Ive only taken one dose with food(bonless chicken)
-Should I avoid Iron and dairy during the whole course of the day or just 2 hours before and after taking meds?
-How effective its this medication with 10 day 2x 100mg..I just wanna get past this point in my life.
- I have a n all day chairty thing tomorrow should I aviod sun and If Icant will it affect healing process?

Well got pretty burnt today...this won't effect medication right? And Is it cool too use aloe?

yeah, apples are ok.  just avoid antacids, dairy, vitamins, etc. Things with high calsium, aluminum and magnesium concentrations.

I just ate about 2 1/12 hours...are foods with calcium okay like apples cause thats what I ate with grilled chicken. Like I said Im just trying to make sure everything goes as planned trying to get past this..Ive noticed I started feeling better but today Ive had alittle more of the pain back. Thanks for the quick reply.

Avoid the dairy, and try to take it 2 hrs before you eat or 3 hrs after.  Those are the guidelines the pharmasist told me.  He said it will still work if you deviate from this, but it will not be as effective.  Sun exposure is ok, just not prolonged exposure.  In your case, try to stay covered up.  It won't make the meds less effective, but it may cause issues with your skin (burning easily)
