Penile burning sensation

Dear Medhelp,

I've been reading much information about penile burning sensation.  About 4 days ago, a friend received oral sex from a woman, and immediately after the oral sex he felt a burning sensation around his penis.

I did some research for him, and have found that usual symptoms of STDs or STIs usually occur a few days afterward.  I recently talked to him again, and he has told me that the burning sensation has become less, but still hasn't completely gone away.

He is a bit shy to go see the doctor about this.  I would like your opinion on this matter.

Hi Vance, I asked my friend about the discharge, too, seeing that I read about STD having a discharge, but he said he didn't have any.  I'll told him to go to the doctor, hopefully he'll go soon!

Thanks for the response.

Only person to diagnosis him is a Dr. Burning with a STD also has discharge. I doubt this is a STD, but he would have to see a Dr to find out if some bacteria or just irritation.
