Having issues with my penis
About 3 weeks ago, I had drunken unprotected sex and it was rather rough. I didn't ejaculate. About 12 hours after (when I woke up) I had a strange tingling pinching sensation in the tip. I went to the doctors twice once after a week and another three days later and was tested twice. Both tests (chlamydia and gonorrhea) came back negative but they gave me 1g of azithromycin. It's been about a week and a half since I took the azithromycin and the symptoms haven't gotten much better. I've noticed a reddish horizontal line about an inch above my base on the shaft and from that point on it feels swollen and tender. My penis looks like it's sort of an inflated balloon when I have an erection after that line. There's some dark discoloration from the ring to the point of circumcision. Anyone have any idea what is going on?
I've been to urgent care twice and they told me to check out a urologist if issues persist (when I got my std tests). I believe I need a referral and it takes forever to get into my PCP. I don't know what to do. I'm so incredibly stressed out. Please help!

On a side note, Gono is a nastly infection to have and there would be no doubt you have it as the symptoms described would be very evident.

Yeah I don't have any symptoms of an std that I can find on the Internet. Apart from the swelling and my glands seem to be sensitive and irritated too, but I'm assuming that's probably because of the swelling. I'm just going to schedule an appointment and stop messing with it and see if it gets any better. Thanks for your help!

Hi, symptoms of stds like gono would be a white puss penis discharge and burning while urinating, chlamydia would be itching inside your urethra and a mild gray discharge, both would appear about a week later.
With out these its almost certainly that you dont have either which is also confirmed with your negative tests.
the we hour tip symptoms is almost surely from the rough sex as no std nor fungal would appear that soon.
The swelling is also not an std symptom but also maybe from the act itself or from your constant checking and pulling look for things.
Have a follow up with the doc but keep in mind anxiety can create all kinds of symptoms.

Thank you for your relieving words! I have been checking it like crazy since the act just looking for discharge and any other signs of an stds plus I've been a nervous wreck. Hopefully that's the only issues! I'll have a follow up appointment asap!
