Help Penis Gland Infection Need Advice

So 6 months ago i have unprotected sex with a old friend. She was wild one. So The same day my penis head felt weird and had a burning sensation. I'm wondering if rubbing my penis on your vagina and sweat contribute to it. Also anal. So my first doctor gave me blood test to check any std and came negative. The doc told be it might be tissue scaring or i might of injured a vein. I was order to use hydrocodone. Three months and still the same. I went to a second doc and told me there blood in my urine and was prescribe Cephalexin for 10 days 3 pills daily. It got rid of the dripping and burning sensation but nothing else my penis gland swollen  if i have a erection to the point my skin color on the head and corona bruised color but not a bruise. Also the penis corona is where i feel the discomfort and inflammation mostly is. I tried everything from jock anti fungal cream, bacitracin cream, peroxide to clean the area. using raw garlic on infected area and also garlic gills and still no good. Im out of idea and lost. It its scar tissue how long it takes to heal and if its yeast infection, or balanitis will it show in my blood test or urine. Last thing is with everything i tried what would to still be since i had this for 6 months. Please i greatly appreciate if anyone can help.
