Herpes, yeast infection, gonorrhea, chlamydia?

im 16 and a female: i gave and recieved oral sex a week and 3 days ago and i noticed inflamation, burning, and itching 2 days after it happened. it looked like a series of cuts were by the opening of my vagina along with white stuff on the opening. The white stuff has now gone away. i have a cottage cheese like discharge coming out as well. recently, as my hair's been growing in, i've had numerous ingrown hairs and razor bumps. I'm thinking i got these because i quickly shaved my last shave without cream, it wasn't in the shower, and i'd used the same razor i had used for a few weeks now. i think its just razor burn because i've had the same thing before but im not to sure. it appears that i have white bumps below it but they dont hurt, aren't oozing and don't look like blisters/herpes sores, they just look like dry skin and white heads. i dont have a fever, and it doesnt burn when i pee. I just want to know whats wrong with me.

Sounds like a yeast infection. See a Dr for proper diagnosis.
