STD concern...

I recently just noticed a red bump around my anal region. It's about an inch away from my anus itself, and it's quite large. It's itches, and it hurts to go Over it when I wipe my butt. I don't know what this could be and I'm very scared. It's one individual bump and not a cluster of them. Can anyone tell me what this is so maybe I'm able to alleviate some stress?..
