How soon do gonorrhea/chlamydia symptoms appear?

I had an unprotected oral encounter (male recieved) two days ago. Within 12 hours I felt what I would describe was more of a tingling sensation after I pee. No burning or pain when urination or discharge but defiently can feel something after going to the toilet.

Would gonorrhea or any Sti symptoms appear so quickly?

I'm planning to go the clinic tomorrow. Will a test show a positive result after 72 hours?

My ngu showed up as a drip 12 hours after exposure. I know the standard is a few days but for me it happened quick.

It akes a few days to a week. Some people dont experience symptoms at all.
At 3 days, tests are reliable
