How soon is Gonorrhea detectable?

I received unprotected oral sex from a glory hole.  Yes.  Unbelievably stupid.  A day later In the am I had sex with a woman and the condom broke.   That evening she woke in the middle of the night and vommited And had diarrhea.   She did have fish for dinner thst night. Both stopped but she also felt the urge to pee more the next day, stomach a little sensitive and her urine smelled a little strong.   I understand she took a 1gm of Zithromax and the bladder issues stopped but her gut still has some pain.
I got tested the Monday (they also treated on the stop just in case so can’t retest) after hearing about and all my tests came back negative.   My questions is thst is it possible for me to pass something on (Gonorrhea?) and still test negative because it was only 3-4 days after I could have been exposed?

Thank you. Is it possible that it was passed on thst quickly.   Wouldn’t if I was able to pass it on to someone showing symptoms less than 24 hours after having sex wouldn’t it likely be detected in my urine as wel?
