I would like to add some input from my perspective. The results you have show that the white and red blood cells and the bacteria were contaminants from your vulva and or vagina. This can be seen when the urine collected is not a clean catch specimen. This happens a lot when women are told to pee in a cup but not informed as to how. A clean catch specimen requires that you clean your vulva with an antiseptic cloth (provided by the nurse) and the with your fingers hold the labia open and pee directly into the cup. I know this sounds complicated, but it will give the best specimen to test. The results of your culture showed only bacteria found in the vulva and vagina. So, you don`t have a uti. You may want to go back and see your Doctor if you are still having symptoms. Take care.

The only thing I can see is that you had high levels of red and white blood cells in your urine, and some bacteria, but it doesn't say what.

It also looks like you had some mucous in your urine.  Have you followed up with a nurse there to see if you need treatment?  You can call the ER directly and ask to speak to a nurse.
