Further to my concerns std, fungal?

Ok so I'm slightly worried still that I might have caught something from an unprotected oral encounter 2 months ago. I have been keeping an eye on my penis and I have clusters of reddening which seem to be itchy only at night really. I still have a graze on the upper part of my penis, not on the head, it looks and feels like a graze as oppose to a rash but looks really weird because of how the skin stretches. I put this down to matsturbation but not sure. . The clusters are kind of pink, they don't hurt and they don't look pusy or anythinglike that . Plus the oral sex never quite made it to the bottom part of my penis, was about 10 seconds on the head only. Dr looked at it the other week and reckoned it was razor burn from shaving and it's become infected. He prescribed some anti biotic and it went away. But I haven't shaved since and it's back. Is that a possibility that it's the same infected razor burn that's popped up again about 3 weeks after anti biotics? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Well unprotected sex is low risk but people to win the lottery. Just to put your mind at ease maybe have the doc test you but your symptoms do not seem to be std related.

Thanks for your reply.  Yeah probably the best option. Does it sound std related in your opinion?

Hi and welcome. What you said makes sense that it came back. If your letting the hair grow back, the short hairs could be irritating the already injured skin. Maybe give old doc a call for a follow up exam.
