I am worried help me

Hi, I am currently experiencing very tiny bumps near my uvula or on the soft palate. It is not visible when on natural light but when I use flashlight, it can be seen. It is very tiny and is comparable to fordyce spots. It's not painful but when sometimes I eat certain foods, it enlarges and it hurts. It disappears after a minute lol. It's not even itchy. It's just annoying. I have experienced oral sex and my gf doesnt have stds, one reason for this is I am her first and she's not exposed to these things in the past. I am just worried about it. I dunno if this is normal or what. It usually hurts when I eat foods such as ice cream or salty foods.(Btw my throat is very sensitive to foods and things). I cannot feel the bumps if I touch them using my fingers but I can only feel the bumps using my tongue. Are these bumps near my uvula normal or not? Are they STD related? Please help me.

Hi what your mentioning are not symptoms of any std and could be natural but with all the checking with flash lights and touching the area your most likely causing the irritation youself.
