I don't know what to do

Hello Doctors,

I'm a female and I've been experiencing severe to moderate labia minora and anal burning. I also feel burning after I urinate sometimes.

I would like to start by sharing my very long journey. I had protected vaginal sex and received unprotected oral sex. During intercourse the guy slipped out of the condom. He was aware immediately and told me. The protection was still in place and we continued with protected intercourse.

Two days after I had a pre-scheduled appointment for yearly screenings at Planned Parenthood. Gonorrhea and Chlamydia were negative. The NP did notice a "pretty bad" yeast infection that I was unaware of. I was treated with Difflucan 150mg every other day  two doses. Six days later the burning began.....It was unbearable, rawness, with heat. I went to the ER and had another STD screening which was negative, and was given Flagyl 500mg 7days. I also received a visual exam, the doctor stated he did not see any signs of herpes. The burning continued some days horrible some not so bad. I then did private testing HSV 1 and 2 IGG, 4 weeks after intercourse, as well as, HIV DNA testing. Both were negative. I've since seen my PCP who stated she didn't see any lesions or bumps, but noted WBC and prescribed motrin and benadryl. I have never seen any lesions, blister, or bumps and I've been very aware of my area since this has occured.

Because the burning has continued I've seen another doctor who did a wet mount and visual examination, in which she denied seeing any lesions, or swollen lymph nodes, and I've never had a fever. She did however note a yellow discharge and WBC. I was prescribed Difflucan 150mg every other day for 2 days, monistat 7, and doxycycline 100mg 7 days. The only thing that seems to help the burning is benadryl.

My Questions.
1.) Should I retest for HSV1 and 2, I heard 4 weeks after intercourse is not a valid test, and sometimes lesions and bumps never appear?
2.) If I did have Gonorrhea or Chlamydia would doxycycline cure it, I've researched and notice that 2 days is to soon to tell, and the second test may have been incorrect, because I was on monistat when the doctor did the test.(If that has any effect)
3.) Do you have any ideas what the burning could be associated with, I've changed soaps, toilet tissue, and recently laundry detergent.
I really would appreciate anything you could do for me I'm totally lost and I've only slept with 5 people. I do not have unprotected sex, and I'm scared it might be herpes type 1 or 2

1) Post in the herpes forum please
2) Your negative 2nd test was conclusive, monistat would not have done anything to affect the test and most likely the medication would have cured if you had anything.
3) No I would not.
