I had unprotected oral sex and now have a tingling feeling in my penis.

So I had unprotected oral sex 5 days ago, I was very drunk and the oral sex was very vigorous, I did not ejaculate either. Straight after the next day my penis was feeling sore and tingling I panicked and bought 1500mg of azithromycin to hope it would cure. The tingling feeling feels just behind my penis head and does not burn when I pee. It has now been 4days since taking the azithromycin and the feeling is still there but comes and goes, normally worse the more I think about it. I have been given amoxcillin for 5days for bacteria infection im my chest. would this also help get rid of the feeling in my penis? At the minute there is no discharge or signs of blisters  and it  looks normal. My testicles appear to be a bit more swollen than normal but again that could just be in my head.

My main questions, should I be concerned of catching anything from just oral sex?
Could it just be from a vigorous handling of my penis as the pain was the next day and there are no physical signs?
If the azithromycin is not affective will the 5days of amoxcillin help that is for my chest?
