Unprotected Oral ***

Five days ago I went to a massage parlour for regular massage at an upscale hotel. The masseur was a Thai lady. She was very clean in general.

The massage turned into an oral sex act. The act involved

1. Body rubbing
2. A blowjob that lasted less than 10 seconds. I don’t remember exactly but she didn’t took it deep.
3. She rub her genitals on my penis shaft while my penis raced upwards.
4. We both sucked each other nipples

No kissing was involved. I did not see anything on her lips and on her genitals. Both were super clean.

After the act I immediately took shower as there was a shower room. And I also took shower again in my hotel room. I also checked my genitals for any cuts and didn’t find anything visible through naked eyes.

I want to ask what should be concerns about STIs/STDs. Should I get tested? What should I get tested for?

Regarding symptoms. I have no specific symptoms. I have cough and runny nose which was there before the incident. I have two mouth sores which were also there before the incident.

So to answer your immediate questions:

1. Body rubbing

No risk.

2. A blowjob that lasted less than 10 seconds. I don’t remember exactly but she didn’t took it deep.

In theory, this would be a risk. In reality, this is no risk. Anything that happens for less than 10 seconds won't transmit anything, and even one act of oral sex to completion doesn't really warrant testing. It's lower risk than vaginal or anal sex.

3. She rub her genitals on my penis shaft while my penis raced upwards.

How long did this last? Was it hard rubbing? If it was really brief, it's nothing to worry about. If it was long enough/hard enough to be like intercourse, there may be some risk.

4. We both sucked each other nipples

No risk.

Now, I have to address a couple of other things. You can't tell by just looking if someone has an STI. You can inspect all you want, and it's good to look to see if they have sores, but someone can have no symptoms and have an STI.

Also, I've had hsv2 for 20 years, and I can promise you that my genitals are clean. My house is clean, and upscale. It's a misconception that STIs only happen to dirty people, or in dirty, rundown places.

Showering after sex doesn't do much of anything to prevent infection.

Lastly, you had a sexual encounter while you were sick. You should stay home when you're sick, and not infect others. I know you didn't give her oral sex, but a lot of viruses can infect the genital tract through oral sex.

So in any case, I wouldn't worry about this at all.

Thanks a lot for your answer. To clarify point number 3.

3. She rub her genitals on my penis shaft while my penis raced upwards.

She was on top and my penis was lying on my stomach. She rubbed hard i.e., there was ample contact with the shaft. This lasted less than a minute around 40 seconds at max. Does it change your opinion?
Less than a minute isn't going to transmit anything.

It has to be the kind of contact like you have when you have sex - prolonged, vigorous, etc.

Really, you're fine.
