I have time to get PEP

Ok so what a fool I am.

I went away for a business trip and was supposed to be there for 8 days. Day 3 I made the mistake of going to a massage parlour and had a massage (japanese girl).

I was thinking i was being very safe so did not kiss or have sex with her.

She prompted me to finger her while she was masturbating me so I did she was rather dry so she offer me some lube. I got the lube and took the top off and continued to finger her. She then got the same lube that I had used and took the lid off and put lube on my penis and continued to masturbate me.

I did not touch my penis with the hand that touched her vagina but she did use the lube that I had touched.

So here is my worries:

I had been fingering her and her vaginal fluid was on my fingers when i was opening the lube.

She then used same lube and squirted it onto her hand and massaged it into my penis.

She massages the head of my penis with potential infected lube.

The lube was already only a quarter of a tube so she must of used it with many clients.

I flew home from business trip 4 days early to get an appointment with the local STD clinic but today they could not see me so I have to go back tomorrow.

So tomorrow will be 48 hours since exposure should I ask for PEP to be safe ? My life would be over if I contracted HIV my wife would be gone along with my kids.

What STD's are possible?

My Penis is uncomfortable in the urinary tract what could this be?

Thanks for any help or advice you can give me I am so scared right now! My wife was pleased to see me come home early and wants us to have a romantic night which I dare not do until I know for sure of my status.
