I think I might have HIV, please help!!!

Hi im a 28 year old man. I had sex with a Spanish prostitute in London and the condom broke! I was in her for 10 mins till I realised it had broken. When I took my penis out it was very dry and so was she! I think I most likely have HIV now. It's been 3 weeks since infection, I've got a dry yet slightly phlegmy cough, I did have a rash and then it disappeared within a few days, I keep itching all around my body, I'm very constipated, I have aches and pains on my neck, back & my upper left leg & from time to time a sharp pain in my upper right arm. Also I can't sleep & when I do sleep it's not more than 5 hours. Let's say I go to sleep at eleven, I'll be awake by half four, i just can't sleep!! My eating's got back to normal of having lunch & dinner with a small snack in between but for two weeks I was only able to eat one meal a day. My constipation is really bad, I am taking something for it, so I can go in the morning the first time I go it's fine, soft stools not to heavy, not too light but after, it's really heavy and I strain so much. Now I got tested after 16 days and it came back negative but I know that means nothing (the Internet is a scary place) I'm getting another duo test after 26 days of infection this coming Monday I'm sure this one will be positive as it's me. I've got to say I'm very unlucky in life last year my wife left me for another man, my pet dog died, my bike got stollen I lost £3500 on surprise holiday for me & my ex wife, I get bullied at work and the likely hood of me having HIV is high, more so than a normal person! & please don't judge me for sleeping with a prostitute, when you have no one in you life & a small amount of friends who don't live near you...it's only human nature, that and I've had 13 odd dates and non of them worked out! The health advisors keep telling me I'm suffering from anxiety, that I need to see someone & it's all in my head and I've got something called CBT but unfortunately I can't find anyone who can help in my part of London. A friend of mine said he went through same thing, well with the whole CBT & it helped him a lot. So please if someone can give me some advice?

You have a protected affair and even if you had HIV, this exposure would not lead into infection due to the fact that most sex workers are routinely screened for stds before their next client. Most people do not have HIV and through heterosexual exposure, the infection possibility is low in about 1 every 1000 exposures. A duo test at your neck of the woods would be virtually reliable at four weeks post exposure. It is a bad thing to research online for HIV symptoms because most websites give bad information and symptoms alone do not indicate HIV but many common things like a cold or a flu. The only way to know is through a blood test and the DUO test will help you alot.
