I think i got chlymida but getting it again

Hi Im John,

About one month ago, i feel burning and pain from urination, and there is some watery clean discharge. Go to the doctor and they gave me Azithromycin (2 Days, 1G / Day) and Doxycycline (Twice a Day 100 mg for 7 days). After i finish treatment, they do an urin test and swap test. They said i still have bacteria in my body, so the doctor gave me Ofloaxcin (Once a day for 7 days). Waited one week and go back to the doctor and they test me again and its all fine. So that night i have sex with my partner (With protection), right after sex i feel something wrong and there is a clear watery discharge again. So 2 days after that i go again to the doctor and get tested, and he said i got it again. So they gave me another Azithromycin + Doxycycline with same dosage. After one week treatment i waited for 3 days and go get tested again. They said im on the clear. Several days after that, with my partner i only does foreplay (No kissing, no sex and 100% Sure that her fluid doesnt touch my genital. Only at hand). I suddenly get another watery discharge. So i decided to buy Ofloaxcin for 7 Days. Today i still have 2 antibiotics left, but i don't think the discharge is going away (Im gonna update it soon in 2 Days).

1. Is it chlymida? (Cause my partner go to the doctor and they check (not test) they said she doesn't need any lab test, and give her flagyl).
2. Is it possible to get STD that fast like that 1 day ?
3. Am i having a bacterial resistance?
4. Is it another STD?
