I think i have syphilis or HIV ?
So i had sex with an escort on the 12/05/18 or 13/05/18.
Within the first week after sex everything was fine. In the second week i began to notice a change such a flakey crusty spot which appeared on my penis. I decided to use Dipobase cream on it. I did this for a few days and as a result it would just turn into a red sort of pinkish spot. I then began to notice a few flat red spots on my chest which were pretty spaced out from eachother. I then began to feel one of my glands in my throat began to swell up and i also had a pretty wet ticklish cough associated with the swelling of the gland too. I decided to take some paracetamol to try and get rid of it but it still feels swollen.
In the third to fourth week my left armpit was swollen but it vanished. I also noticed some red marks on my groin area which happened to vanish in the third week but these marks look white now. A scab also appeared near the spot on my penis. It was purple in appearance and crusty like a marker blemish. I did the same thing and just put some dipobase cream on the area but its still the same.
Today i went downstairs to have my breakfast and i noticed an ulcer in my tongue that was pretty irrating. I had my breakfast and went upstairs and noticed many more ulcers on the bad and side of my tongue. I used corsydol mouthwash to try and reduce the swelling of the ulcers.
Im booked for a full health screen at the clinic tomorrow. Is it too late to cure if it is syphillis or HIV i am suffering from? I am about 5 to 6 weeks in now.

Sounds like syphilis.
My syphilis turned secondary as I delayed treatment for almost a month - it normally results in white patches on your genitals and ulcers in your mouth. yours sounds the same. Do update with your results.

I have booked myself another appointment for the 13/7/18. My last appointment was 18/06/18. Since my second encounter with an escort I have applied clotrimazole cream for seven days on my gential area. The yeast infection has now disappeared. The ulcers in my mouth have also disappreared but I still feel as though I should go and get checked out. Could this be a sign of syphillis or is it just normal herpes? The spot on me penis has also disappeared since then.
You did not explain too much about your sex encounter, was it protected on unprotected sex encounter?, since you booked for check up get tested, it will ease all your concerns

Oral was unprotected but sex was protected. I also saw another escort two days after my full health screen. I caught a yeast infection and decided to use clotrimazole cream on my genital area. After applying it the yeast infection on my genital area had vanished in the morning. Again oral was protected and sex was protected. I have a follow up appointment in the next week or so.
