I was sleeping in bed with a guy who might be infected

I was sleeping in bed with a guy who i now know might have chlamydia and gonorrhea. We were NOT having sex , but we were sleeping next to each other. I was wearing just underwear (no pants or pajamas) and he was wearing just boxers , the kind with the "open fly" if you know what i mean. Now, my question is, what if he had some discharge during the night or maybe even a wet dream, would it be possibile for me to get infected from this , since we were both in our underwear and next to each other?

I also would like to know can chlamydia or gonorrhea be transmitted by kissing on the mouth?  What about if someone bites you and breaks the skin?  ( i know its weird)

this is not a risk .

we call it a sexually transmitted infection for good reason - it takes intimate contact to transmit it, not laying next to each other. it's not going to travel through clothing either.
