Got sores at the tip of my penis bottom

I had unprotected sex with my ex wife who I knew that she has gone with several men. I did not know why I did it. But, god help me, I was thinking that I still loved her and went back to her and had one incident and I was ok for the first week. But immediately the third day I went and tested my blood and urine with 8 tests and everything was negative. But, I had this pain in my penis and I thought it was due to my over masturbation but then slowly I was urinating a lot every day for the next 3 days and then later on had some sores at the tip bottom. I am not circumcized so I thought my skin tore. But, unfotunately today I went to the ER and had them check and they say that it looks like herpes ulcer and gave me valtrex 1000mg.

I just pray to god that I will never even look at her anymore and I just want this to be nothing other than some small blisters or something that is curable. I am really really concerned and worried. I just ask god for forgiveness that I should not have touched that ***** at all. Please, let me know what it could be,

what testing did you have done for herpes so far?

your other std testing was done far too early too. You'll need to repeat most of that later on. You needed to wait at least a week for chlamydia and gonorrhea testing. 6 weeks for syphilis. 3 months for herpes and hiv testing.

I got weird sores on the tip that are clear and my doctor told me its not herpes nor genital warts but its still there. It could be some form of bacteria. You should go get a second opinion from another doctor.
