Indirect contact

I went to infectious disease hospital for hep test today. I was very cautious not to touch anything unnessary. I remember I only touched my purse and money, my cell phone, some paper the dr gave me,  and of course, the table for blood drawing.
The most stupid thing I did is when I got home, I masturbated for about 10 minutes. Of course I washed my hands with soap as soon as I got home. But I played cellphone and contacted my purse before masturbation. The masturbation was vigorous.
Can I get infected with STDs(like syphlis ) from contaminated objects to penis friction?

I'm certain that the patient before me was a HIV infected man, and he was there to show his finger to the dr, and the dr said it was syphilis and asked him to have a test. When he left, I sat on the chair that he just sat, and I touched the table, too. When waiting to have my blood drawing, I took out my cellphone to send some message.
I read that a lot of bacteria and germs can survive on one's cellphone, making it dirty and contaminated. Can't treponema pallidum survive on it for several hours?
