Hello there I'm a 23 y/o male and I have noticed for a couple months when I urinate that while the stream is going in a line I have urine dropping down my urethra on to the bottom of the head of my penis. I also notice a smell a lot of times coming from my genitals although I shower frequently. Could this be an sti?
