Infectious diseases risks from cunnilingus

About 16 months ago I performed cunnilingus on a sex worker (like an idiot) for about ten minutes.  Ever since I have had strange foreign object sensations in the throat, a white furry tongue, rhinitis, sinusitis, headaches, laryngitis and intermittent facial pains around the upper teeth area.  I always want to clear my throat but can't and the whole thing is driving me crazy.

I have been tested three times for HIV (after six weeks, five months and seven months) and all three tests were negative. Swabs have been taken of the back of the throat and tongue and nothing has been found.  I have been on fungilin and every antibiotic known to man in the last 15 months and they don't work.  All my blood tests are normal.

An ENT specialist says I may have Sjrogen's syndrome, but can't be sure, and has also discovered an elongated styloid in the back left of my throat which he says is Eagle's syndrome and that this might be causing most of my symptoms.

I get a very dry mouth sometimes but I am on anti depressants and I drink too much coffee which drys me out.  Two days before Christmas I suffered a severe pancreatic attack which I am still recovering from.

I just wonder if the incident with the masseuse gave me some obscure viral infection which no one seems to know anything about or could it be HPV or BV or something else.  I am desperate to find a cure and wonder if you can help.

Anxiously waiting to hear as this thing is totally stressing me out.

Gordon.

Thank you for your response.  I am getting a second ENT opinion tomorrow and see how that goes.

No.  You have covered your bases with std's.  You should know that men do not get BV.  It stands for bacterial vaginosis (it is a bacterial infection of the vagina).  You just have to keep following up with your doctor.  Get a second ENT opinion.  But go ahead and rule out std's.  To get an std orally is pretty rare anyway.
