Irregular wrinkling, colouring and shape of penis; Can anyone help to explain this?
I'm a twenty-two year old guy who has sex actively with my female partner. I have had small irregularities before, which have been answered as confirmed pearly pupiles, I've had a yeast infection, and used to have regular sexual health checkups, due to a past life as prostitute (So you can understand my cautious nature relating to the current situation.
I have notice over time slowly developing white patches (or discoloured) on the tip of the penis and on the shaft of the penis, normally with an outside gradiented purple/red patch. These can be 2-10mm long, with the penis tip having an irregular shaped white patch that surrounds a sort of smudged radius at and around the hole. These are not raised, to the common eye, but could be under closer inspection.
Among these marks, there also darker patches of skin (though not many) in similar shapes, slight wrinkling of the edge of the penile tip, close to the bridge, and sometimes can be around the whole tip. there is a slightly darkened ring at the end of where the foreskin is, which can be seen when retracted.
I am disabled, having Fibromyalgia, Non-Alcoholic Livers Disease, Reynaulds and have had very heavy skin conditions in the past, with strong eczema in my childhood, and fluctuating dermatitis issues, especially on my hands.
I take Pregablin, Zopildem & Mitrazapine; Whilst I rarely anymore, I used to take a few recreational drugs, including Amephtamine, Cocaine & Ecstacy. I have been a vegan for 1 and a half years, with a strict, healthy diet. I used to have alot of health problems related to my weight, as I used to be 25stone, now residing as 15. Apart from my regular pain (Overall, but focus on joints, especially the palettes), I sometimes have waves of strong stabbing pains inside my anus/pelvic area, it can hurt to pee (sometimes).
For the discolouration part, just in case its important, I used to be an absolute chronic masturbator, with mastubating up to six times a day (blame a very lonely, confused and heavy-hormoned past) and would cause abrasions on the skin, which would sore, and scab sometimes, but always healed. Though I don't remember where these were, could they cause the discolouration / pigment loss?

As usual, it probably is just me being over-careful, it could be a side of Forcyes Sydnrome I haven't seen yet; Please get back to me if you have an insight into possibly what it might be!
