Is This an STD?

I'm a 25 year old male. About 4 weeks ago I had oral sex with a girl who claimed no stds.  I both gave and received without protection.  About 2 days later I got a severe sore throat and mild fever.  After 3 days it was gone.  At that point I developed what seems like a UTI.  I could also feel that my glands in my neck on one side are swollen.  Both the UTi and Glands are still an issue 3 weeks later.  The UTI is just burning in my Urethra.  As for my glands, I can feel a sort of pressure in my neck and can feel they are swollen.  Is this a sign of any STD?  If not what could it be?

Extremely rare...not sure about that, but it is low risk.

I read that it is extremely rare to get Gonorrhea from having oral sex performed on you.  Am I wrong?

Glands...not a STD sign. UTI...might not be a UTI. It might be NGU or gonorrhea.
