Is chlamydia a differential diagnosis in this case?

Hi guys, so first up would like to address my previous question on this board: the guy who blew me tested negative for both syphilis and HIV so I'm quite sure I'm safe from both (I've only had oral sex so far with anybody)

So a new question here is, two days ago I started getting this weird, dull ache in my right testicle. It's a rather minimal ache when unprovoked, but when I gently squeeze it I get this dull ache which radiates to my right flank (normal). My left testicle doesn't give the same feeling. The weird thing is, it kind of comes and goes: sometimes I suddenly realized I feel much better (it seems to get better as I'm distracted and disappear during that time, but sometimes persist for an hour maximum) and it doesn't give this feeling when squeezed.

So as a medical student without having gone through the dermatology / STD block I decided to do a brief examination...
1. Inguinal and femoral nodes not tender, no significant swelling except one big node on the right (<1.5 cm)
2. Both testes: normal texture, smooth surface, epididymis is soft and non-tender upon palpation, equal sizes without significant swelling
3. Moist / wet meatus, unsure if it qualifies as discharge but the liquid (mucous-looking clear liquid) doesn't escape the urethra at all, i.e. it just stays inside and doesn't look wrong to me
4. No visible lesion on penis except pearly penile papules, no tenderness upon palpation
5. No abnormal sensation when urinating.

Sex Hx: last received oral 145 days ago (4.75 months), gave oral 30 days ago (shouldn't be related right? 1. That guy I blew is different from the first one and is a really close friend of mine. I'm his only partner for sure. 2. If it's related it should be my throat being affected not my testes?)

Medical Hx: doxycycline 100 mg twice per day for 7 days from 30 days ago, levofloxacin once per day for 5 days (I think; dosage forgotten)

And the question is: does this sound like chlamydia? or any other STD in fact? I'm thinking it isn't by the timeframe of last genital sexual contact, and that I took BOTH doxycyclien and levofloxacin which are effective against Chlamydia trachomatis. But I just want to ask here to see what you guys think about the symptoms related to my testes.

Thanks in advance! (and sorry for the long post)

P.S. I have had another partner before, to whom I gave and received oral sex. Last exposure was 147 days ago. But then it's oral (and he never shot in my mouth) so I guess HIV infection can be ignored. He seems clean too.

Chlamydia cannot be contracted from oral sex as mentioned by std doctors commented in the expert forum a while back. And any testicle infection pain would not come and go but be constant. Testicles are very sensitive and squezing them like your doing would surly make radiating pain. Instead of speculating have a follow up with your doctor for more tests.
