Is discharge ok still a couple days after taking antibiotics?

Hello, I'm a 26yo male and have never had an STD before now.  I've always been tested every 2 months and recently was just told I had Chlamydia.  I was given Levofloxacin 500mg to take for 7 days.  Today marks my third day and third dose.  The pain when urinating has gone, but there is still some discharge?  I notice it's not as cloudy and more clear now, but still seems a little sticky.  I know I probably shouldn't be looking at it that much, but I just want to know that everything is going as it's supposed to, or if I should go back to the doctor.

Thanks!!

It could take up to 7 days for all your symptoms to disappear, and it is improving. Since the weekend is approaching, if things aren't markedly improved by Friday morning, give your doctor a call or go back in.

If the meds you are on don't work, the usual drug of choice is azithromycin, taken at a certain dose (which I don't like to give out because people self-medicate). If you need another medication, ask about that.

Ok so it's Saturday now and I still have no pain at all and the discharge is still there a little, but not as bad.  I find that it comes more while I'm out and about and being active than when I'm relaxing.  Do you think I should go back to the doctor or is this normal?  I'm not sure how long discharge can/should last.
How are you today? You should be done, or close to done, with the meds.

Are you still having discharge? If you are, you should go back now and get it checked.
