Worried and ashamed

Hi

4 days ago I foolishly received unprotected oral sex from a window girl whilst on a stag weekend in amsterdam. It lasted about 3 minutes and I ejaculated in her mouth. I have no cuts on my penis and am a healthy young male.
I am deeply ashamed and disgusted with myself and very worried.
I have been constantly checking my penis for anything abnormal - but at present things appear normal.
I have booked a full screen at my local GU clinic in two weeks time (18 days from the incident). I am advised not to worry but to come in asap if I have unusual discharge or rashes etc.

What stds could I possibly have? and what are the symtoms? How long do they usually take to show?
Will all the possible stds be detected at this screening?
What is my risk of HIV? and will an 18 day test be appropriate?

Any additional advice would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks

Gonorrhea and NGU most common...discharge and burning while urination 2days to 2 weeks
Herpes and syphilis possible but very uncommon...bumps/sores/canker 21 days to 90 days

Gon and NGU will be, syphilis is a test at 6 weeks and herpes 3-4 months.

I see no reason to worry over this incident.
