Need a little assurance

Here is my situation....I am male, from midwest, 30 days ago I received oral sex (2mins no ejaculation) from female of marginal background,  I was tested for Cham/Gono and was negative....but as many on this forum my anxiety and guilt is getting the best of me....so I focus on the others, like syphilis.......I have no symptoms and understand that a conclusive test can be taken at 6 weeks so I am in a waiting game...and I have read that on average symptoms occur at 21 days....so my question is...since I have not seen symptoms so far am I in a good spot? (understanding the 10-90 day period)....what about sex with my female partner?

That is your call. But as I have said I see no reason to test for syphilis as the odds are so small that you would have gotten syphilis.

Thanks Vance...as I have said anxiety has gotten to me a little....so I know 100% certainty is only achieved by testing..would you test?...so what you are saying is to get over it and move on?   and with no symptoms... you think it would be safe to have relations with my partner?

A midwest woman in America having oral syphilis canker and passing it on to you...your odds are better at winning the lottery then having the above situation happen.
