Is it too soon to take treatment

Hi, I stupidly had unprotected sex last night. I'm female and it was with a straight man. We are both in a relationship with other people. I feel terrible enough but then realised the STI risk. I want to get tested but on Monday (it's sat night in the uk at the moment) I leave to go traveling for 6 weeks and don't know how, where or when I can get tested.
I have the antibiotics for the treatment for chlamydia from freaking out about it before I started my relationship. Is it too soon to take it as its only been 17 hours since I had sex.
I know I shouldn't take them without being tested but I don't want to be freaking out the whole time I'm traveling.

There is no std that will show symptoms so quickly . Consider asking your partner that you had sex with to test . If he's all clear you should be good to go.

Thank you for your reply. I have tried to contact him but with no luck.
The sore cleared up after 4-5 days. It didn't hurt or sting at all.
Any ideas on what it could be?
I took 1000mg of Azithromycin and 400mg of Suprax about 38 hours after the incident and I am also on oxytetracyline for acne and in the pull pack it says it's used to treat sti's as well. Fingers crossed I was clear anyway but if not the antibiotics will keep any serious harm at bay till I can be treated.

Now very worried, I took the morning after pill 5 hours ago (I am on the pill but I started my current pack late so thought I'd better cover myself) and I've just been to the loo to find blood in my underwear. It's not red fresh blood colour but darker brown. Can the opening after pill cause bleeding so quickly? Is it a sign of an STI even though I inly had sex 40 hours ago?

Sorry to keep posting to this, but I have just had a look, there is a red sore looking patch just below my urethral opening the centre on it is yellowish in colour. Are there any sti's that would cause this sore this quickly?
