Is there a correlating between body temperature and STDs?

Hi, about 4 days ago I gave a guy a blow job (it lasted about 5 seconds). He didn't ejaculate, but I might have tested his pre-cum. Now during afternoon my body temperature is a a bit high. I feel weak and my tonsils are a bit swollen. I don't have a sore throat, but it's somehow uncomfortable to eat. Are these things related? Could this be the sign of anxiety. I barely slept during last days. When do I have to expect first STDs symptoms?

Hi, the only std that could give you fever is herpes from giving the oral sex but a sore on your lips would have appeared prior so based on this it would appear its anxiety related.
