Is this advise from 2012-2014 still valid today

Hello and I want to say how thankful I am for this site and the insights you provide.  An internet search resulted in the MedHelp discussion linked below.  It has several embedded links to similar discussions in which Dr. HHH indicates that oral sex is essentially safe, however there are always risks, albeit apparently low.  My questions is this; is the Doctor's advice and analysis from 2012-2014 still valid today or has more been learned since then that might result in a different answer today?  I'm not questioning the doctors knowledge or experience but rather asking for the benefit of myself and the many others that ask this same question many, many times.  Dr. HHH's responses in the linked discussions are very reassuring to me and will be to others, presuming it's still accurate in early 2018?  As always, thank you for the answers you provide.
