Is this Herpes or HPV?

About two years ago I notice little bumps around the shaft of my boyfriend penis. When he went to the doctor they told him it was normal and was Pearly penile papules . Since then I have developed two flesh patches of flesh like califlower mole looking bups on both side of the inner vuval. I haven't had any problems they are just there. I recently asked the doctor about them since I tested postive for a std I wanted to make sure they weren't nothing. At first when he looked he didn't see what I was talking about then when I pointed it to them he said they were just ridges in my skin. Can someone please tell me if this is normal?

You have several questions going on several different boards now about all this.  If your doctor can barely see what is concerning you then it's not going to be something we can really help better with. If you aren't happy with what you have been told so far by the folks who have actually seen your symptoms, consult a different provider for a different opinion.  I recommend you get seen today or tomorrow anyways for your symptoms you've had this weekend - get someone to re-evaluate these symptoms too then.
