Question about possible STD

8 days ago I had protected vaginal sex and unprotected oral sex from a massage parlor prostitute. I am feeling fine in general, except now I am getting a burning sensation in my urethra, and it's not really amplified when I urinate or ejaculate. Also I notice sometimes the entrance of my urethra gets red, and I have had very dull testicular ache throughout the week. I haven't had any sort of discharge from my penis. Also this burning sensation seems to go away from time to time, and other times it's much more noticeable. I'm worried about having something that could harm my significant other.  If I did get something from the unprotected oral judging from my symptoms (burning sensation in urethra from time to time and no discharge) can I infect my girlfriend? I'm scared of having sex with her now. Should I go get tested? I'm under a lot of stress as this was a very stupid mistake and it made me realize how much I value my relationship, I don't want to lose it. Thanks in advance.
