Is this an STD or Hepatitis?

After protected sex 2 months ago at a massage parlor I have developed upper and lower abdominal pain, along with lower back pain. I had sex with my wife a month after exposure and she developed a bad UTI and the same abdominal and back pain as I have. I had 2 chlamydia and Gonorrhea test and both were negative. What could this be? Could this be hepatitis?

Get your prostate checked out. It can cause pain in the groin, lower back, hips, abdomen, etc. Lots of nerve endings. Prostatitis can be bacterial or not...sometimes requires a long series of antibiotics.
