Is this spot bad?

Hello, thank you for taking the time to answer my question. 44 days have passed since i recieved an unprotected blow job. I've had no symptoms of amy std. However last night i emgaged in unprotected vaginal sex and woke up to a red spot on my penis head. The sex was wet once i entered. But before entrance i was rough, humping it between thighs and just forcing into skin. So could the red spot be a bruise or could it be that it took 44 days for a syphillis sore to appear? The mark is painless, doesnt appear to be raised and isnt large whatsoever. There is no discharge. There doesnt appear to have any white layer or any crust whatsoever. The skin doesnt look broken and no real lesions appear to be present. Any and all information on the matter would be extremely helpful
