Just curious if this sounds like an STD or is possibly a yeast infection

Hi, I have had a rash on the head of my penis for about 2 months. I have gone to a
Dermatologist about 1 month ago and he ruled out any STD ( my last encounter was 3 months ago). My symptoms are a rash with no discharge on the head of my penis. The skin is often wrinkled/scaly and somewhat shiny but not flaky, and that seems to come
And go. My foreskin is also tingly/itchy. The final symptom is the opening of my urethra is slightly red and Irritated, when I open the urethra, the wall of the urethra is smooth, but white. Once again, I have no discharge nor does it burn when I urinate. I've used antifungals, cortisone and lotions to relieve psorasis. The dr seemed to think it was fungal but it hasn't gone away no matter what I do. My question is, Is
It possible that I have a yeast infection and if it is, what can I do about it? Thanks in advance for any information.

I am targeting my yeast/fungal infection at the moment. I never got it diagnosed by a doctor, so take what I say with that in mind.

I had a Dry and flakey scrotum for about three weeks, and then one day I woke up with white opaque-ish stuff on it. I washed it off and it was gone. A few days later it came back, and then like two days after that a red non itchy bump appeared. So I bought an antifungal (Lotrimin Ultra), and have been using it for the last 5 days. I have seen a massive improvement. I still have another week of treatment, so it is not totally gone (I would say 100% of the dryness and scaliness is gone, and about 90% of the white opaque stuff is gone). Also, the bump is way less red, and is going down. Nothing for me was itchy nor did I have a full on rash. I don't have a foreskin, so that may lead to our different symptoms.

I would say that if you have not seen an improvement through an antifungal, try a different one or it probably is not a yeast/type of fungal infection.

I've been using monistat 7 to clear up any symptoms and today after 5 days I started having discharge. Is this normal? I haven't had anything prior to this
I had no discharge. All I still have is a red bump that is still going down, and the bacteria on my scrotum that reappears when my genital area gets moist. (I still have 7 days for a two week treatment)

I would definately advise going to a doctor! Maybe try a different one than you went to before? I am not sure what it could be.
